Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy on all rings. You can log back into your account, click on exchanges, and initiate the exchange or return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. All returns or exchanges on custom engraved bands will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.
